1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 soft tomatoes, diced
1 bunch parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1. Wear gloves, squeeze the onion with the salt until its softened.
2. Add the black pepper, tomatoes, parsley and lemon juice.
3. Mix well and add more salt according to taste.
