chocolate mousse

melt:
1/4 cup butter

melt:
200 g chocolate
add melted butter and:
4 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons honey

whip:
4 eggwhites
add gradually:
1 cup sugar

beat:
1 cup cream
add to chocolate. fold in egg whites.
pour into bowl.
chill 2 hours.
