rich chocolate cake

3 oz chocolate
2 1/4 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/3 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sour cream
3 eggs
vanilla
1 cup water

1. oven 180*
2. butter and flour 2 9inch round pans.
3. melt chocolate.
4. sift flour, baking soda and salt
5. add sugar
6. add butter and sour cream
7. add eggs, add melted chocolate and vanilla
8. bake 30-35 mins
